A swimmer will not be allowed to participate in any club practices or activities until they have registered on-line or at the pool, signed a USA Swimming registration form, and paid a minimum of 50% of the first-child fee*.
*Exceptions are made for NEW swimmers who can appear for tryouts, and if accepted on the team, will register that evening, then are expected to pay the minimum 50% first-child fee after one week of practices.
All NEW swimmers MUST bring a copy of their birth certificate to tryouts.

All families will create their own "user account," or registration file by submitting a username and password at the user login on the homepage of this site. After completing all of the account information, creating the new account, then the swimmer(s) can be added. Please do not omit any information which may preclude the processing of a subsequent USA Swimming registration form that is also required for membership. In addition, providing your email address will insure that you receive all Club Newsletters and announcements electronically and promptly.
Creating an initial user account will allow returning swimmers to simply click "active" for each new season.
We encourage all swimmers to register on-line before a season begins, rather than registering at the pool. This allows us to process USA Swimming registration forms and have them ready for parents to sign at the first practice. A swimmer may not practice without this signed form. If you wait to register your swimmer(s) at the pool, the USA form will not be available and the swimmer can not swim.
MEMBERSHIP FEES
To begin a new season, initial payments must be made at the pool on the swimmer's first day of practice. (Brand NEW swimmers have a week to try us out before any payments are due.) All other payments during the season may be made at the pool, or mailed to Liz Dalaba, 173 Aviation Rd., Queensbury, NY 12804.
A minimum payment of 50% of the first-child fee is required the first day. This partial payment will allow all registered swimmers of a family to participate. All other monies due must be paid before or by the next announced due date. (*Starting summer season '10, a 25% late fee will be accessed to all outstanding account balances after the last due date.)
Other payment arrangements may be discussed with Liz and Paul, and if agreed upon, an installment contract must be completed and signed.

First-child: $275 First-child: $375

*In addition, every swimmer must pay a $63 USA Swimming membership fee for 2011.
*If a family has multiple swimmers split between two categories of fees, the first-child fee will be the higher category and the second-child fee the lower category.
*Special fees are available for those Flyers participating on school modified and varsity teams during the fall/winter season - see Liz (or call her, 793-1984).
50% of a first-child fee is due Oct. 4. All USA registration fees are due by Nov. 1. All other membership fees are due by Nov. 29, afterwhich, a 25% late fee will be added to any balances overdue.
Any swimmers registered on overdue accounts will discontinue participation.
